Family Reunion

So we had a family reunion today. It turned out nice. The weather was SO HOT, but it was nice to visit with family (Jeff's father's side). We only see them once a year, and it was nice to see everyone again. Of course it's always ncie when I get to see my babies (my niece and nephew...actually the kids of my niece). They are just adorable and I have a great time when I get to see them. And of course I always get pictures of them.

After I posted that last layout, I went back to look at my first. I used the same background paper for both layouts. And they're both of birthday girls, one of my daughter, and the 2nd of my niece. And both layouts are of the girls with their cake. How cute.

This could be addicting

I am still enjoying learning digital scrapbooking. Here's my latest creation.

I am NOT a dog groomer

Nor do I want to be. Both of my dogs needed bathing, but the Golden Retriever also needed trimming. Many of her "feathers" and fur between her toes had gotten SO long. Jeff called around to see if anyone could take her in but they were all full.

It's not a great cut , but it's really not to bad either. Here's a pic of both my sweeties after their baths.

Digital scrapbooking

So I keep hearing about digital scrapbooking, and didn't know much about it. Tonight I decided to try looking up some information and how-to's. I even found some free digital kits and decided to give it a try. Here is my first attempt. It's not much but it was fun!
